The location is amazing! I stayed on the 16th floor and the view was out of this world. The main floor bar lounge was a plus, as was the rooftop bar with music each evening.

The room on the 21st floor offered a really fantastic view. The room itself was comfortable. The shower was spacious and included quality furnishings. The location is perfect with an unbeatable view.
Check-in was a bit chaotic. Everyone seemed to arrive simultaneously, so rooms weren't ready. I found the experience a bit loud. The hotel sometimes felt more like a club. I was surrounded by tourists looking to party.

The suite had a BEAUTIFUL view. The staff was very attentive. The hotel restaurants were really good. The gym provided towels, earphones, and apples free for hotel guests. I appreciated this detail.
The check-in system experienced a temporary failure upon my arrival, causing a slight delay.
